was wondering what the best guidebook/guidebook combo wud be for North wales, as i start at bangor uni in september and it would be good to get a guidebook(s) soonish so i can start dreaming im mainly into trad and bouldering and after my first sea cliff climbing escapade at the old redoubt am psyched for sea cliff climbing! tho i do enjoy the odd bit of sport for trainig purposes! so what wudl be best do u reckon??
In reply to dunkymonkey17: North Wales Rock published by Ground Up. Second Edition has just been released and is available from V12. =o)

For the bouldering you can't go wrong with the classic North Wales Bouldering, also from V12. Although there is bouldering in the book mentioned above I think.

In reply to Richard Morgan: There's mention of bouldering venues but no actual graded problems, topos or descriptions of problems. For bouldering you really do need to get the proper guide, or just always boulder with someone who's got it.
