[Steve McClure climbing Hubble F8c+ 320, 7 kb]Steve McClure has been active on Northern limestone recently, repeating the Raven Tor test-piece Hubble (F8c+), as well as onsighting Kali Yuga (F8b) at Two Tier Buttress, adding a harder new route (as yet unnamed and ungraded) to Two Tier and completing a mega link at Malham joining Bat Route in to Overshadow to give a sustained F8c+.

All of these individual achievements are impressive. To have a tick-list like this for the last few weeks is amazing.

Effort Steve... very impressive. I held Gavs ropes for a Summer when Kali Yuga was his project and I'm very impressed that it has been onsighted.

Great effort!

Steve should come over to Clwyd and get on the two projects on the Ivy roof sector at Dinbren. They have been waiting for someone with talent for 20 years now!!

The central line could be 9a territory and it looks absolutely stunning, the line to the left may possibly be easier but I’m guessing - I did see some chalk and tick marks on this a few weeks back, which is the first time either route has had interest for at least 20 years. IMO both routes seem doable they just need someone with the necessary beans to get up them!

Anyone know if he managed to get the onsight for Regent Street?

Either way, respect Steve, that route is bitchin.
