hey,
looking at something big to do next summer, looked at the trollveggen, norway area but finding it hard to get information on stuff other than troll wall itself which has loads of rock fall so not that keen on that. any one got any ideas of where i can find info / guide book / topos for stuff in that region of norway.
thanks
Ol
Tony Howard wrote a guidebook to Romsdal area, plenty of good looking mountain routes to do there if it ever stops bloody raining... and lots of kayaking, canoeing, rafting if it doesn't!
The Romsdalshorn, the East Ridge of Bispen, and the NW Ridge of Vengetind are all very solid. And there are loads of others that I haven't done. All in the Howard guidebook. http://tinyurl.com/yzmw726
In reply to Ollie B: Check out this guidebook: http://www.romsdala.com/guidebook.html They have some old copies for sale. Hoping to work in Romsdalen next summer, there's so much climbing to be done in the area!
