The pic is of a different problem (The Aarinator).

Kaizen is a straight up using those handholds, with a left foot low on the ramp.
Sam has been working this for a little while, and thoroughly deserves the tick.
With regards to the car thing, he can lift his car above his head with one arm. Strong as f*ck, but can't cook for shit ;-p
