Good effort with the lower than average price. People might actually buy this rather than copy/borrow it. Lets hope the other folk making climbing films follow the lead!

some token females would be nice.

In reply to Morgan Woods: 5 women were lined up to be in the film, but unfortunately something always went wrong. Usually the weather. The producer and main cameraperson happens to be a woman though (the only one that I'm aware of that makes climbing films)

i guess it's Wales after all :p

just asking because i think one of the best bit's of Welsh climbing i've seen is Jude Spanken on Lord of the Flies. Not necessarily the hardest route but lots of history and well filmed.

In reply to Morgan Woods: yes good call. Jude's a great climber. But she wasn't around this year

Thought it was the quarry man, didn't think gin palace was that wide even near the top. This implies, although not with certainty, that its the qurry man:

It's the second pitch of The Quarryman. I was belaying, so should be correct answer! He got that pitch done a few months ago - just needs to go back and do the whole thing, which I'm sure he will do.

I did wonder about his beta at the time! haha. Didn't remember doing that on Gin Palace!

In reply to Tom Randall - Lattice Training: Thanks!

In reply to Adam Lincoln: is gin palace similar to the quarry man?
