I've managed to concatenate some data in cells but when i try to copy/paste all i get is the formula instead of the data shown in the cells.

Help very much appreciated.

What i need to find now is how to separate the information with a comma and a space. I've been looking through MrExcel but can't find exactly what i'm looking for...

In reply to the inspiral carpet: do you mean a comma and a space between your concatenated data? If so the formula just needs to be =a1&", "&b1

if the data is already in Excel, highlight data, go to the "data" tab, then "text to columns" and follow the instructions.
