What should be included in the finest festive compilation that UKC can put together?

Can include, rock, pop, classical, chamber, carols, hymns and just about anything else.

Cheers

Fairytale of New York is the obvious one.

Jonah Lewie's 'Stop the Cavalry'

I like the Waitresses 'Christmas rapping', but I think I'm in a small minority on that one.

The Big Issue did a compilation of assorted weird Christmas covers a few years ago. There are a few horror stories on it, but there are also a few blinders - must dig it out.

That's the Big Issue one I was talking about! I particularly recommend no5 - it uses the bass line from Public Image, and it's mental! The Eels track is pretty ace too.
