Anyone been up to or seen if the routes around Blea Tarn/Mardale are still in good nick?

We have had quite a bit of snow in the area over the last couple of days, could be quite loose up there I guess.

In reply to superman12: was there on Tuesday night doing an ascent by head torch of the gill. Climb was great but we got caught out by the snow on the drive back. Tried to keep the momentum going to get up the road leading from the car park. Unfortunately wrote off the car at the top of the hill when the corner suddenly appeared through the whiteout and we clouted the wall. Got the wreck to the Hotel a mile further on & spent the night there. Got rescued yesterday by a very good friend with a 'big' 4x4. Moral of the story - Dont risk the road if snow or ice are forcast & you aint got a 4x4.
