Boulders are currently recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join the team as:

Part Time Climbing Instructor – Must hold a minimum of CWA or SPA Training.
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join the team as Part Time Climbing Instructors at Boulders. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating customers of all ages, backgrounds and experiences. You must be flexible and available to work weekends and/or afternoons/evenings during the week. For the right candidate, the role could develop into regular part time shifts or a full time contract.

Youth Leader – To undergo in house training.
We are looking for a Youth Leader to join the team here at Boulders. The Youth Leader position will be a part time role during the training period, turning into full time role during the summer holidays. The position could lead to regular part time hours or a full time position from September. The right candidate will have experience in coaching children and have some climbing experience. No qualifications are required, all training will be provided.

Full Time Junior Climbing Instructor – Must hold a minimum of CWA or SPA Training.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Junior Climbing Instructors. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating customers of all ages, backgrounds and experiences. Instructors will need to hold CWA or SPA Training and have experience in instructing climbing to a variety of groups. The position is full time (also see our part time positions) and shifts are on a rota. For the right candidate the role could develop into a full “Climbing Instructor” position or even “Senior Instructor”.
