4th of October 2009, not exactly current news. Gratz to Tom though nice to see more Brits hitting the 9a mark. A Muerté!!

Nope, no mistake. It turned out 'Guilty perpetua' was already done by Ramonet, who gave it 8c. Future repeats will settle the grade, and who knows, perhaps it's 9a after all.
