Kahtoola KTS, 3 kbWe just had this fantastic review in from Ultra-runner Mark Hartell, he went out on the Welsh 3000's in winter with Stephen Watts (fellow Ultra-runner) to test out the Kahtoola KTS Aluminium Crampons.

I just went out in the kahtoola Micro-spikes - Bradwell edge is thigh deep in snow and I thought my fell shoes would do but took the spikes as well, after a few mins of uphill trudging i put the spikes on and they are fantastic - absolutely rate these things, they are easy to put on your trainers, reslly light weight and you can run on powder, or ice - perfect
