Alan Cassidy lowering off Swimming Through a Shark Attack (F8b), El Chorro, 2 kbOn a recent short holiday to El Chorro in Spain, Scottish climber Alan Cassidy redpointed Cous Cous (F8c) and onsighted El Oraculo (F8b).

Steve Mac, Several
Ian Vickers, Several
Chris Savage, 3 (2 of which were in the same day)
Alan Cassidy, 1
Rich Simpson - stricken from record

Am I missing any?

In reply to Richard Hall: Just noticed James Pearson has logged one on his 8a scorecard for just before Christmas. No comment though which is unusal, most people would be pleased enough with an 8b onsight to make a comment on it.

Anyway, list now reads:

Steve Mac, Several
Ian Vickers, Several
Chris Savage, 3 (2 of which were in the same day)
Alan Cassidy, 1
James Pearson, 1

Worth noting that Steve Mac has onsighted several 8b+'s.

I feel there must be more Brits who've onsighted 8b but can't actually think of any!

I was with Gaz when he fell of the last move of two 8b's, one onsight and one flash! He is close, its coming soon for sure!
