Westway Climbing Centre is looking for a Head Coach to oversee the quality of delivery across all the coached programmes. This is a brand new opportunity, and a permanent position.
Westway Climbing Centre provides a fully integrated coaching and development programme; from entry level taster sessions to international athlete level. We provide 350 hours of coaching each week to our customers, and cater for well over 40,000 coaching visits per year. We currently have 3 members in the British Team.
We are looking for a unique individual to work closely with the Climbing Commercial and Programme Manager to take our coaches on to the next level.
You will have a proven track record of successful team leadership, be an excellent communicator, and have a passion for developing others.
