In reply to Graeme Alderson: Good point - well, Tony Ryan (who works for the BMC) happened to mention last week that he made a spur of the moment solo of White Wall, Millstone in 1989 - so I suppose that's one thing.

In reply to Dave Turnbull, BMC: I've heard of Tony, apparently he used to be a very talemted climber with precise footwork. But now I hear he is more interested in opening a tea shop. I have also heard that you personally have interesting footwork although it normally ends with your spotter having a nose bleed
