From its humble origins showing the best of the UKʼs adventure films to sell-out audiences, the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival has developed into one of the UKʼs biggest and best adventure film festivals in its own right. Now in its 6th year, every year 100% of the audience said theyʼd come back and theyʼd recommend it to a friend. This year ShAFFʼs had a record-breaking number of film entries (200+). In addition to the films there are lectures by Steve Peat, Andy Kirkpatrick, Kenton Cool, Rob Eavis, Stephen Pyke and Niall Grimes, Sheffield’s first downhill mountain biking race, an international bouldering masters attracting over 50 of the best boulderers from around the world, urban orienteering, art and photo exhibitions, an amazing second hand kit sale, free sports massage, a packed live music programme, book signings with Ron Fawcette and Jerry Moffatt, and plenty more besides.

In reply to MattH: Anybody know what route it is at about 1.30 where someone is base soloing, on what looks a bit like yosemite granite like the rostrum or something.
