Multiple accounts in outlook

We have at work 2 PC's. All our emails come in on my PC, some of which i wish to forward to my colleagues PC, but we don't want my colleagues PC to pick up any of the incoming emails. Is it just a case of just adding an account with a different email address to my colleagues PC. We are using outlook 2003

I have mutiple accounts on Outlook at home. Seem to remember it was a piece of piss to do, like adding an account with a different email address as you say.

Your colleague will need to have a separate email account, set up with your internet service provider or your hosting package if it's your own domain. Setting up Outlook to check an account is very easy , but you have to have an account to check.
