Take this with a pinch of salt mate as I have only been climbing a couple of years and am pretty rubbish and only bought 2 pair of rock shoes in my life but I did buy a pair of 5 10 5x a couple of months ago and read up on how people found that they stretched quite a bit and the general consensus was to buy them 1 to 1 and a half sizes down from their everyday shoe size.
For me that was tosh. I am an 8 and a half size 43 in normal shoe size and bought a pair of 8s in the 5x and they where too small.
A great rock shoe though.
Sorry to put any doubt in your mind and I am probably just a ponce when it comes to having comfortable footwear but here is my 10p worth anyways
