Is Scarpa Barun can be used as a mountaineering boot?

Hi all, I have a pair of Scarpa Barun, which is crampons compatible. Is it good enough to be used as a mountaineering boot for something like the Mont Blanc?
The Traverse route takes a total of about 14 hours in below freezing temps.
