£8.22 per hour, plus 10.6% holiday pay on completion of training

Westway Sports Centre is home to London's largest climbing centre. It hosts the most extensive programme of courses and training, the biggest and best coaching team and is acclaimed by the BMC as the country's leading centre for developing young climbers. Help us continue this success.
Our climbing department is expanding and we are looking for several Climbing Instructors to join the team at Westway Sports Centre. As a Climbing Instructor, you will be the face of Westway Climbing and responsible for inspiring and motivating customers. You will help people of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels develop their confidence through climbing, and will be responsible for promoting a safe climbing environment for experienced and novice climbers alike. In addition, you will promote repeat bookings and attendance on Westway climbing courses to help the department to grow further.

We require Instructors for weekend work and afternoons / evenings during the week. Instructors must be flexible.

Successful candidates will have a good command of the English language, effective communication skills, relevant personal climbing experience, up to date knowledge of current climbing best practice and experience of teaching others.
