Adam Hocking making the second ascent of Return of the King (E9) on Scafell's East Buttress, 3 kbFeaturing at this year's Kendal Festival is Dom Bush's début film; Islands: Traditional Tales of Lakeland Climbing. Here at UKC this is something we are particularly keen to watch, having run UKC News Reports about some of the ascents featured in the film.

We asked Dom for a sneak preview of his film to show on UKC, and he has managed to come up with the goods in the form of this short trailer...

Really proud to have worked on this Dom. Psyched to see it on the big screen. To those of you who don't have tickets, get up to Kendal! It's going to be an epic weekend.

Looks very interesting and features some great characters of climbing. I like the sound of the focus on trad with a light-hearted touch that doesn't take itself too seriously.
