Penrith area climbing partner/tutor

Just moved to area with job and am starting to get settled in an have decided to start climbing again ,I've climbed on and off for the past 20 years but feels more like off than on ,I'm competent when it comes ropes but as for grading I forget ,I usely just climb what I can and the difficult routes I go away and have a minute and then tackle it.my only free nights are Monday and Thursday as the rest of my time is taken up with family commitments and my cows (I work on a dairy farm )
hi nobby, carlisle mountaineering club are a good club to get involved with. lots of members from the penrith area, a few of them, meet (i think) on tuesday and thursday evenings at penrith wall. friendly folk and could be a good place to start.
