Nice one Coxsey ..tip top, hats off and what not

She certainly has stepped it up a notch or 3 in recent years. I blame The Climbing Hanger personally .. they are always trying to make you climb something harder ..pushing training regimes, giving you tips and fun problems to climb … and generally willing you to do better.

Do they not see that we just to climb stuff, pick flesh at our sore hands and have bit of a grumble before the pub …
