What the F*** are the government doing providing licenses to these spives?

These scum charge anywhere between 20 and 33% in fees for a service that could be provided by a 14 year old with a library card.

(I recently had an interview with one of these organisations and turned them down, much rather work in debt recovery, far more honest and decent).

Because you need to spam/cold call thousands of people to get a few daft enough to believe you have anything useful to offer.
