My good mate Caz(Carwyn)completed a 23.30ish Meiri Round last night - run through the Saturday heat. Only the second ever person to go sub 24hrs (Yiannis being the other), a really tough achievement that pushed him to the limit, Caz having done a 20hr BG 6 weeks ago as "training" puts it into perspective. Yiannis and I paced the last "glory leg", along with many other wonderfull pacers and helpers. Congratulations.

A stonking good and tough challenge in Mid Wales.

In reply to Moley: Really good effort, well done. I did the Cader race, and it was a hot day, I knew he was up on his time but that was around 3pm and TBH I expected him to struggle from then as in the valleys it was a scorcher, cool breeze higher up was a saviour..
