This is from the FRCC site, (for march through to the end of June):

This site will be regularly monitored and the restriction may be lifted if the birds do not nest or if they nest elsewhere.

Does anybody know if there is presently access or not?

Stephen Reid usually posts on here if a restriction gets lifted early so in the abscence of a post or anything specific on the FRCC site stating that the restriction has been lifted I'd say that it's still in place.
