Just doing some fettling on the mountain bikes and noticed the lower jockey is trashed. I have a couple of spare roadie jockey wheels and can't see any difference with those on the full bouncer, is there any reason not to use these spares? Nothing flash on the bouncer, LX deore rear mech.

Can't really see a problem with it, at least as a temporary fix, just make sure they are both 10 speed (or 9 or what ever)

In reply to Horse: Maybe you already know this, but the upper and lower jockey wheels are different-as long as you get this right, you should be ok.
In reply to Horse: upper and lower are different, 8-9 speed are different. Bushes are different and the length of the securing bolt is different are all problems you may encounter. They all have the same materials however.

Thanks, should have that lot covered as my spares came with a selection of bushes and include uppers and lowers.
