Definitely check out Chiang Mai in the north. Fantastic climbing at an amazingly well maintained crag. See the guys at Chiang Mai Rock Climbing Adventures.
A LOT less busy than Railey or Tonsai in the south. These venues are amazing but can be very congested at times especially with new groups/instructors.
