Hi gents done a bit of climbing at fairy caves quarry had a good day out but did,nt really give me the buzz im looking for, to be honest it bored me a bit, so iv tried abseiling and wooowwwwww much better. Going to take a few mates next weekend and camp out do the BBQ in the evening have a drink and a giggle. If anyone wants to come down and join in feel free will be there 0900hrs sat morning. While im here can anyone advise me on the safest knots to use dont want to drop anyone. Cheers guys. HANG LOOSE

The European Death knot is the one to use. You make a loop, then twizzle another loop through it and pull it tightish.
