Two climbing instructor positions at Southampton Climbing Wall
Do you hold a climbing instructor qualification and enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so then we have two great new climbing instructor positions, one to start immediately and the other for September time; we'd love to hear from you.

About The Job Roles:
You will be delivering climbing sessions to a variety of user-groups, providing the National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme (NICAS) to schools and youth groups, coaching a junior climbing club, teaching adult Intro to Climbing Courses, private coaching and more. You will also be responsible for other essential team responsibilities such as climbing wall safety checks, wall cleaning, route setting and more.

Both jobs are to start on a part-time basis with the opportunity for one position to grow into a full-time contract which will then include sales and marketing with new and existing customers.

Required Experience
We require that all applicants hold a minimum qualification of CWA, a SPA qualification would also provide the opportunity to take a lead role on the many outdoor trips we run every year. It's not so much the qualifications that matter though, it's a proactive commitment to the service we provide that will make you fit in, a willingness to go the extra mile to help our valued customers.

We do not provide any in-house training for unqualified instructors however once part of the team we will work with you to further your experiences and qualifications.

Fancy Joining The Team?
If you've read the above and feel you'd be great for one of these positions then please send an email to Tim at tim@southamptonclimbingwall.co.uk

We look forward to hearing from you.
