A little background; I have a DofE Gold and Silver award, and I recently started climbing. Whilst certainly not lacking enthusiasm, I have forgotten most of the stuff I learnt during D of E, and I am still very much a novice at climbing. As I said though, not lacking in enthusiasm, and certainly not lacking in terms of fitness (I've recently changed sport from boxing to climbing, so I have a very good base level of fitness).

I was wondering if there were any kind of "activity leader" type jobs available in the UK for someone looking to gain qualifications in doing expedition-y/climb-y type things. Maybe something I could do and also work towards getting my ML qualification?

In reply to as646: I used to work for Manor Adventure and they were pretty good at staff development. They used to put people in for SPA and ML if you showed enough interest as well as other NGBs. The day to day job can be a little tedious though.
