travel insurance

A friend is going travelling to New Zealand and Australia for six months and has the option to stay for longer.

They are not doing any climbing or mountaineering but will be working.

Can anyone recommend cheap but suitable insurance?

In reply to An Triubhas: If they are UK citizens, there is a reciprocal agreement for healthcare so you shouldn't need health insurance except for catastrophic 'repatriation.
