Alpine instruction video on youtube

Am taking a school group to the alps in Feb and keen to get them thinking about alpine skills over the next few weeks. Is there a good youtube intro to alpine skills that I could show them? I see them at 16:00 today!

In reply to Jim Houghton: Yeah, I saw those but wondered if there was a more complete video starting from the kit you'd need. Basically, the BMC essentials vid but I need it in an hour's time!!
