Are there any resources [book, online, other] for Winter routes in the Peak District?

The new Over the Moors giode has some in it. Look over the logbooks on here for things, will take a bit of time but there is plenty there.

Back tor gully was great fun, we did it a couple of years back. It started off easy so we soloed and then when we got most of the way up stood there wondering if we should have put a rope on.

What did you use for gear on Mam Tor? I've heard of people cutting bits of re-bar and hammering them into the scree.

In reply to gethin_allen: then there's Shinning Clough stream and wild boar clough. here's stuff in the chew valley in the moorland guide at dovestones quarry, wilderness gully.
