alpine sport grades!

Hi.

If a route on an alpine peak has a sport grade eg F7b+ or a UIAA grade eg VII and no trad grade like E5 6b does it mean it is a sport route and no protection is needed?

Divine providence is given F7b+/F7c and Ueli Steck's super hard route on The Eiger North Face is given F8a.

On the continent they grade both sport and trad using F grades to measure rock difficulty. The Eiger is not bolted yet I'm afraid.

I thought Robert Jasper does sport routes ion The Eiger North Face!

Aren't the Harlin and Japanese Diretiisimas bolted mixed routes?
