Learning to Ski - Cairngorms

Hi

Heading to the Alps for Christmas, I can ski but my Fiancée can't.
Wanted some suggestions on day/weekend learn to ski courses...

We are based near Elgin so either Cairngorm or Lecht areas I think would be closest?

Can you recommend a ski school or instructors?

For a complete beginner I'd say the Lecht would be the best choice.

In reply to Mr G: my feeling would be cairngorm would be better for a beginer if you stay in the ptarmigan bowl all easy slopes with plenty of variations as you improve. always found the lecht to be a bit of a jump from the nursery slopes up to the higher runs imo.
