Went to climb this today, leader didn't get too far as a large flake (the first suspect one on the route) parted company with the rock and now resides on the ground.

No one injured thankfully, but it leaves a scar and other loose bits behind (not that it was massively stable to begin with).

Just a warning to others to be very, very cautious of this route now.

In reply to slacky: I would stay off this for now, as I imagine all those flakes were keying each other in. Glad to hear you were OK. Have you mentioned this on the slate wiki?
