Opinions on Rab Guide Gloves?

Am thinking on getting a pair of these for Scottish Winter Climbing, probably leading II-IV. Anyone had any experience with them or on their sizing?

Cant comment on the guide glove but got the latok glove. Really not warm at all but my hands do run cold anyway. I got the large with the idea of putting thin liners on underneath but they were too tight so swapped them for an xl which arent too bad now. Im a size 9 hand by the way.
