Climb Rochdale, formerly part of the ClimbUK group incorporating Big Rock Climbing Centre in Milton Keynes and Beacon Climbing Centre in North Wales, is now under new management with the climbing centre now owned and operated by Pink Climbing Centres Ltd in association with Pink Adventures and Stuart Holmes Climbing Coaching. Pink Climbing Centres Ltd acquired Climb Rochdale in late December 2012 and ClimbUK wish the new management team all the best with their new venture.

Since acquiring Climb Rochdale in 2010, ClimbUK has improved the centre's facilities considerably including completely reconfiguring the ground floor internal layout to create better access and more useable space for the provision of a new reception area and a new cafe, and the construction of a new 3-dimensionsal plywood bouldering wall with a full overhanging arch designed and constructed by ClimbUK's manufacturing division, Beacon Climbing Walls, http://www.beaconclimbing.com/walls

Pink Climbing Centres Ltd are committed to further development plans and Climb Rochdale will continue to operate as a friendly, professionally run climbing centre with a superb variety of roped climbing and bouldering for all ages and abilities. Existing members are able to use the climbing centre without the need to re-register.
