Hey

Me and a mate are driving up to Scotland this weekend, staying for a week and hoping to do some grade III/IV routes. Which area will be a better shout? I've looked at several reports and blogs but really can't decide which. Any advice or info would be much appreciated, cheers!

Would also be interested in above, particularly if any of the mixed routes in sneachda around III/IV were done today?

Up Ben Ledi today, west of Stirling, bomber old neve on some gully lines and verglass and frozen turf everywhere above 450m.

So mixed should be good and easier, deeper gully lines.

Northern Cairngorms are a dark shade of grey, but what there is is well frozen.
