Hi, what is the best way to approach the Seam in Sneachda?

It looks like there are two options; either to go up the first pitch of Invernookie as in the logbook description or according to the guidebook P1 goes up to the right of Invernookie. Thanks for any ideas. Does it depend on conditions?

In reply to nigel pearson: I remember going up the first bit of Invernookie then breaking out right to the base of the seam where there is/was a peg belay with some tat.

First pitch is meaningless as all the fun is in the 2nd pitch !

In reply to nigel pearson:

In Scottish Winter Climbs, I described it slightly differently to the Cairngorms guide. I tried to make it more independent to Invernookie, and also adding an exciting bit. Although I did mention the other and easier way. So you can choose.
