Plastic boots material

The sole of my Trezeta plastic boots started coming off last weekend.
Does anybody know what type of plastic is used for ski / mountain boots so that I can zoom in on the correct adhesive?
Polypropelene? PVC? Other?
In reply to Ched: Pebax is widely used but obviously can't say if that's what yours are made of.

It's commonly used in medical equipment such as catheters.
