Hi,
(I didn't know where should I post this.)
Has anyone ever got a transverse process fractured? (in my case it's in L5 part of the lumbar vertebrae)
I fell from the boulder and broke one.
I wonder is it a serious fracture? Will I ever get back to full efficient climbing? Will it fully heal ?
