Scafell east butress. Was this route Holy Ghost climbed again, or a variation of it and then given a new name? The FA was Bonington & Thompson. I think that it had a traverse. It isn't mentioned in e.g. FRCC guide "Lake District Rock"

'A meandering climb of mostly historical interest, whose chief justification is as the start of the girdle traverse (Lord of the Rings).'. Climbed in April, 1965.
