Anyone know what conditions are like on the Eiger N face right now?

In reply to stevebarratt: Not the north face, but a friend was on the flank route about a week ago and turned back due to waist deep unconsolodated powder. Tried again a few days later and gave up after seeing some massive windslab cracks form (saw the pics, looked nasty). Hope that's of some help.
