Hi
Recently I've been looking for a new set of performance climbing shoe
And struggling to find any shops that stock a good range of shoes I have found that
Even the big stores like cotsworlds and Ellis bridgeham don't stole a wide range
So if any one knows of any stores that stock a good range of shoes preferably red chillies
Could you let me know
Thanks jake

In reply to Woody565: Are you a high end climber I just remember hearing some bloke at Leeds as his foot slipped off - I should have gone for the more techinical shoe

Try a climbing shop at a wall and not a pose shop.

Let me know if you're a size 9 and would be interested in Five Ten Anasazi VCS....as I'm selling an 'as new' pair relatively cheap

This.

Or at least a shop with a few holds on a wall so you can try standing/hooking in them etc.

In reply to craig1983: an mate sorry I'm not a size 9 and 5.10
Shoes don't tend to fit me very well
Thanks anyway though

In reply to Woody565: What size are you?

I have a foot that the 5.10s fit badly as well, geshidos seemed to be my best fit, theres a guy selling some size 9.5 lace ups on here.

Sorry to sound a bit dumb but, what do you consider a performance / High end shoe.
What are you planing on using it for ?
Are you looking for a slipper, a lace-up or a velcro ?
Are you looking for a soft smearing style shoe or a stiff edging shoe ?

If you are looking a Chillies you only have the matadors at their top end.
Giving some info on your current shoe MIGHT help, but an area in which you live would really help.

Is this indoors or out ?
If its indoors at what centre/s are you doing this.

I ask because I can onsight 6c's at Westway, 6b+ at Reading but have a working grade of only 6b+ at Craggy Island Guildford

I've been looking for new shoes recently and found the climbing shop at the Castle in London had some shoes I couldn't find elsewhere. Ellis Brigham didn't have many in store but did order some in for me which were on their website. The climbing shop at Westway was recommended to me although I didn't go there in the end...
