BMC Clubs Survey 2013 - any other clubs not hear about it?

Did any other clubs not get notified of the BMC's latest clubs survey? First we knew of it was a small piece in Summit magazine, which arrived only a couple of days before the survey closed.
In reply to Howard J: Hi Howard, sorry to hear that you were not aware of the survey. I emailed the contacts we have for all BMC affiliated clubs in January about the club survey and a whole host of BMC events going on this year. They are all listed here www.thebmc.co.uk/clubs. I hope someone from your club can make this year's Club Seminar in October.

It would be great if you could drop me an email so I can ensure we have the correct contact for your club.

If your club can complete the survey soon then your views will still feed into the mix.
