That looks a vg topo guide from the link Jim Goodman supplied. I climbed a few easyish sport routes there on a family holiday about 15 years ago. The crags I managed to find with the one bit of info I had (a short magazine article) were what this topo calls Sector Nova at Cavalleria, Cales Coves and Es Sotil - if you don't do anything else I recommend going to Sotil if only to experience the unique approach - if you can decipher the instructions and find it!
I may still have the magazine article - if you'd like I can have a look and scan pages to mail to you. Anything to help - I recall I was really scratching about for info when, two days before we set off, I was leafing through a mag in WH Smith and there it was!
