went to Wetherby yesterday twas in the shade out of the sun.Was surprised to see no chalk of recent vintage anywhere,just wondered if anyone used it much these days ,or do folk pay to go on bouldering walls ..its still a gnarly old spot .

It's usually too steamy for me this time of year. Nice if there's a breeze and the cut back trees may be helping this year.

In reply to victorclimber: I really like bouldering at Wetherby but haven't been as of yet this year, I should get myself there.

Recently if I'm over that way it tends to be Spofforth or some top roping (-blush-) at Crimple Beck Crag.
