Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for summer sport climbing destinations that work without a car for transport?
I'd consider taking a small rack but would like to travel light so probably wouldn't be taking half ropes.
Budget restricts us to near Europe really.

At the moment my only idea is Ceuse which I've been to, and Verdon.

In reply to AymanC: Finale Ligure is do-able without a car but I forget which crags would be in the shade so you would need to research that.

Portland. one taxi ride form weymouth station and a lifetimes worth of sports routes within an half hour walk from the centre of the island? maybe that isn't tropical enough for you though.
