I am thinking of paying a visit to Nare Head tomorrow. However, I am staying at my parents' tonight and have left my SE Cornwall guide at my house, which is an hour's drive in the wrong direction.
Would anyone be kind enough to scan me a copy of the relevant pages (or the pages from the Rockfax Deep Water Soloing guide which I think also covers it)?
